Do I need to install anything for remote support?
It depends. In most cases you’ll be prompted to run a small support app. We’ll guide you through it.
Will you be able to access my computer without permission?
No. Remote support sessions require your action to start, and you can end the session at any time.
Can you provide on-site support if remote support isn’t enough?
Yes. If the issue requires hands-on work (networking, cabling, hardware, phone systems), we can schedule an on-site visit.
